Change in Recycling
As of Wednesday, April 7, 2021,Wednesday is the city wide recycle day. The city will only be recycling corrugated cardboard, boxes and aluminum products.
Plastic, glass and metal should be placed with regular trash until further notice.
- If you are in need of a recycling bin, please call sanitation at 517-2017.
- Bins should be road side by 7 AM the morning of your pick-up and should be within 6 feet of the road.
- Please separate cardboard from aluminum.
Acceptable Items
Please recycle the following materials in two separate containers (one for aluminum and one for corrugated cardboard and boxes)
- All Aluminum products (aluminum cans, aluminum bottles, aluminum pans)
- Corrugated cardboard
- Boxes ( including moving boxes, shipping boxes and Amazon boxes)
