The City Clerk serves the City of Flagler Beach as:
Custodian of Public Records of the City.
Serves as Secretary for the City Commission and City Committees.
Serves as Supervisor for City Elections.
Post notices of meetings.
Advertises legal and classified notices pertaining to Ordinances, Resolutions, Budget, Elections, etc.
Assists in the Preparation of Agendas and Packets for the City.
Commission and the Community Redevelopment Agency Board.
Comprehends State, County and City Laws, Rules and Regulations regarding the functions of Record Management and Election Procedures.
Attends Meetings and Conferences for Educational Grown related to the position, learn new regulations and procedures, and network with others in the same field.
Assists Citizens by providing notary services, copies and information as requested.
