Procedures for Compliance
Upon establishing a violation, the Code Enforcement Officer will make contact with violator.
Issue a Notice of Violation with no more than 30 days to correct the violation.
If the violation is not corrected within the time established for compliance, the Code Enforcement Officer will request a Special Magistrate Hearing.

The Special Magistrate will establish the vitality of the violation. If the person(s) is/are found in violation, the Special Magistrate will establish a time frame for compliance and impose a fine amount for non-compliance.
